Our hydrometallurgy R&D team is continuously working to develop and optimize environment friendly hydrometallurgy processes to produce metals, metal oxides and salts from various raw materials. Our dedicated catalysis R&D team is also jointly working with customers in development and scale-up of heterogeneous catalytic processes to make efficient and cost-effective commercialization. At Shiv HydroMet, our vision is to become preferred market leader in contract / toll and custom catalyst manufacturing with industry leading expertise. 

            Due to state-of-art manufacturing facility and expertise in handling hazardous materials and processes, in very short time, we became preferred contract manufacturers of metal oxides and heterogeneous catalysts for major Indian and international petro multinationals. 

                We are operating 2 manufacturing facilities with full fledge research centre for hydrometallurgy and catalyst toll manufacturing with joint venture with renowned Indian petroleum company for 700 ton/annum of spray dried catalyst manufacturing. As a part of expansion and to serve increasing global customer base, Shiv HydroMet has started construction of 3rd manufacturing facility at 20 KM away from Rajkot. It has state of the art fully equipped manufacturing line up to 1000 ton/year for heterogeneous catalysts and speciality metal oxides toll / contract manufacturing, satellite laboratory for in-process R&D and Q.C. and storage facility by June of 2021.
